Product Checking at Delivery
Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- If there is any issue (damage, wrong item, defect), it must be reported immediately.
- Alternatively, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
- Returns will only be accepted if the issue is reported during delivery or within 24 hours.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Important:
No return requests will be accepted for personal reasons once the delivery person has left.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product safely and complete inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit (if applicable).
Return & Delivery Charges
- If the return is due to Azarish’s mistake (wrong product, defective item), we will bear all return delivery costs.
- If the return is due to customer choice or mistake (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return delivery charges.
Exchange Policy (Size/Color)
- Requests for size or color exchange must be made within 1–2 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers must pay the additional delivery/exchange charge.
Non-Acceptable Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Request made after the allowed time (24 hours for issues, 1–2 days for exchange)
- Product used, damaged, or without original packaging
- Personal preference after successful delivery
