After Delivery Issues

If the product is not checked at the time of delivery, any damage or defect claims will not be accepted after the delivery person leaves.

Exchange from Our Side

If an incorrect size or color is delivered from our side, you are eligible for an exchange.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
No additional charges will apply in this case.

Exchange from Customer Side

If you wish to change the size or color due to personal preference, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
In this case, additional delivery charges will apply.

Return Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted after the delivery person leaves due to personal reasons.
